When Rowdy
was a young child his parents took him on a cattle drive through Texas and into
Southwest Louisiana. When they stopped in Lake Charles, Rowdy immediately felt
at home. Growing up Rowdy started to hang out on campus at McNeese to make
friends. He decided to try out for some of the sports teams. Unfortunately, he
was never good enough to make any of the teams. With no other option he decided
to try out for the spirit team. Needless to say, Rowdy found his niche as the
head cheerleader for McNeese, and the rest is history.
